For healthy hair snacks, choose nuts like cashews, pecans and almonds, also full of zinc. But nuts, which have been maligned because of their fat content, have been wrongly accused.
Nuts are a rich source of good fats that your skin and hair need to thrive. Eliminate those fast food fats and eat nuts instead. Just watch what happens!
But here’s something we bet you didn’t know. To help protect your hair against loss and breakage, it needs the mineral, silica. Cauliflower and cabbage are excellent sources for this vital nutrient.
